*To avoid white edges, extend your design to the full bleed size - but keep text and the most important parts of your design within the safety area.
*Due to the nature of sublimation printers, the colours in your design may slightly differ from what is shown on your monitor. This is because computers use RGB colours, whereas sublimation printers use CMYK colours. We use custom ICC profiles and software to ensure our printers produce the closest replication of colours shown on the monitor as possible.
*Monitors are backlit by light, because of this your design may come out slightly darker then intended.
*We quality check every product that leaves our warehouse, if the design of your product is unacceptable and not up to our standards, we will get in contact with you to resolve the issues.
